Operation of commercial ice lolly making machine
1. Adjust the machine. Make salty water as secondary refrigerant according with user manual. Fill water into ice moulds. Turn on the machine.
The machine needs 1 hour for the first time freezing. It can finish one batch every 15 minutes After ice lolly is frozen,
2. take out the ice lolly from the ice moulds, then freeze them quickly in freezer or it will melt.
3. Put the ice lolly moulds back into the machines. Fill lolly material in them and start the second batch.
4. You can also use packing machine to pack ice lollies into plastic bags.
